BioVLAB-MMIA-NGS Analysis page supports to setup the all the parameters and user inputs for MMIA analysis. Each selectd parameters and user inputs will be directly injected to construct BioVLAB-MMIA-NGS workflow.

Currently Mac OSX has jre issue, so please use window machine. We will update as soon as the Mac OSX jre issue is resolved.
